Vintage, mid century, 1960s, round flush mount ceiling light fixture with 24 hanging crystal chains on an antique brass finish frame in a basket or bag design. The top frame includes a chrome plate with 3 chrome covered, E12 sockets that hold E12 or chandelier bulbs. The outside rim is cast brass with an intricate raised repeating decorative motif covered by an antiqued finish and has holes on which the top of the crystal chains are hung. Original wires from each socket run through to the top of the frame for a hard wire electrical connection. In the center of the top plate, a screw in rod with a matching cast brass (with matching antique brass finish) dish and finial provide a mounting surface for the crystal chains to hook into. The top frame of the fixture measures 10 7/8" in diameter and the whole fixture measures 7 1/8" long when mounted. Each of the 24 crystal chains include 1 large octagon (1 1/8" wide x 5/8" deep), 1 tapered baguette (2" long x 7/8" wide at the top and 5/8" at the bottom, 3/8" deep), 1 medium-sized octagon 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep, 1 small octagon (1/2" wide x 3/8" deep) and one round faceted glass bead (3/8" diameter). All crystals connected with pure brass wires. All crystals are in good condition with no breaks or chips, though very fine wear may be present. The metal parts are also in very good condition with only minor apparent wear and has original finish. Clean and ready to hang. The fixture has been fully disassembled, cleaned and reassembled and wiring checked. Original working wiring. Crystals removed and wrapped for shipping (see below for instructions on reassembly). Shipped without bulbs. A lovely sparkling accent for any room, hall or entry.

For reassembly, hang fixture without crystals, unwrap crystals one-by-one, hold by top large octagon and hang on outer frame using small holes on the lower edge of the frame, attach bottom hook of crystal string into corresponding hole on the edge of the center rosette of the fixture. A "sag" in the crystal string is part of the design so the string is longer than the distance between the edges that the crystals hang on. Straighten crystals as needed. Use photos for description on how the crystals should be hung.
