SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically (US) and will accommodate international shipments per request. If you are interested in international shipping or local pick up of your item, please email us at hello@quondamredux.com or via our CONTACT page for instructions and quotes.

When will my order ship?

We ship from our Southern California-based location within 1-2 business days.

Shipping time to you may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please refer to the specific delivery dates quoted by each carrier for its service for more information. Please let us know if you need additional carrier tracking information to view any such details.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping cost is dependent on shipping destination and weight/size of item(s) being shipped. We carefully pack all of our items so that they arrive in the condition shown at purchase. We also purchase insurance on the full value of the item. Insurance covers only the value of the item and does not include related shipping charges. Should you prefer to get an additional shipping quote before purchasing and item or you would like your item to be shipped internationally, please contact us at hello@quondamredux.com for details and a quote.

Full price including shipping will be displayed at checkout. 

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@quondamredux.com or on our CONTACT page with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. We strongly recommend getting proof of postage when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Damages and Issues


Please note that antique and vintage items carry signs of use and age, which vary by piece - and in some cases enhance their intrinsic appeal! So keep this in mind when accessing damage from shipping or oversight. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you find your the item to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is our goal to make our customers pleased with their purchases and experience with us.

Items damaged during shipping: All shipments are fully insured through the shipping carrier, so should the damage have occurred during shipping, you will be asked to handle your refund through the carrier. Should you need information on your item for your claim, please let us know. Note: Most items we carry are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.  Occasionally we may be able to find a replacement for an item, which we will handle as a separate transaction to the damage loss (as this is handled through the carrier directly with you), so please let us know if you are on the lookout for a replacement for your damaged item. We would love to find that special item for you!
