Vintage, Art Deco, Bronze/ Blackened Cast Brass German Shepard Bookends. This pair of smart-looking, attentive dog bookends measure 6" wide, 2 1/4" deep and 6" high and weigh 1lb 10 oz each. In excellent condition with wear and patina from age, including slight green cast in the recessed areas of the design and dark golden brass coloring on the back side (see photos for details) . No markings. A handsome set for desk or library shelf and suitable for a dog or animal lover.
