Set of 3, vintage, salvaged, 1920s cast iron Industrial LETTERS that read "EAT" (or TEA or ATE or ETA) for a sign or to round out a collection or other display. These letters are cast in a square edged, simple, historic sans serif font and have been exposed to the elements, resulting in a fabulous textured, rusty patina. Each was made with beveled holes for mounting with flat head screws (allows the screw heads to be sunk flush with the face of the letters). The "E" measures 9 3/4" tall by 8 1/4" wide by 1/4" thick and weighs 3lbs. The "A" measures 9 1/8" tall by 9 3/4" wide by 3/8" thick and weighs 2 lbs 6 oz. The "T" measures 9 3/8" tall by 8" wide by 1/4" thick and weighs 2 lbs. All the letters are still straight /flat with no chips, cracks or breaks or major damage. Ready to complete a fun display for a kitchen or restaurant or to add to a collection or sign using a variety of letters.
