Antique, Edwardian gilt brass oval Picture or Photo Frame with fleur-de-lis edging and ribbon and bow detail. This "quadruple plate" gold on cast brass frame has a solid back held in place by a bracket and top screw. The back has an easel stand with a hanging hole to allow this frame to either be mounted on the wall or placed on tabletop. The frame measures 6 3/8" high, 4 3/8" wide and 7/8" deep on the outside and holds a photo that is 5 1/4" by 3 7/8". The frame has patina and wear from age on all surfaces as detailed in photos. The oval glass and paper liner are new. A wonderful frame to display a photo of a loved one or a miniature work of art.
