Pair of late 19th century, baroque-style, heavy cast brass Wall Sconces that have been fully restored and electrified with new wiring and candle covers. These heavy sconces weigh 1 lb, 15 oz each and each have a screwed on brass hanging bracket on the back for secure hanging. The sconces measure 4 5/8" wide, 7 1/4" high and 5" deep. Lovely baroque styling and details on the back plate, the arm and candle cups. These sconces were originally a wax-laden antique find at the Zurich Flea Market, likely came from France. Now fully restored for hard wiring, they take E12 or standard candelabra bulbs (not included). A beautiful set for modern and traditional settings.
